Travis Swanson is 12 years old and is in the 7th grade. He has been playing fiddle since age nine, and provides some of the lead and harmony vocals for the group. Travis first became inspired to learn the fiddle after attending the Roanoke Fiddlefest in Virginia in 2004. Although the fiddle is his main instrument, Travis also plays guitar, piano, mandolin, and is in his middle school drum line. In his free time when he's not playing music, he likes soccer, baseball, and golf.

Tyler Swanson is 15 years old and is in the 9th grade. He has been playing banjo since age twelve. Tyler first became inspired to learn the banjo after hearing Sammy Shelor play at the Withlacoochee Bluegrass Jamboree in Dunnellon, Florida. Although the banjo is his main instrument, Tyler also plays guitar, piano, fiddle, bass, and mandolin. In addition to music, he is on his highschool's varsity soccer team, baseball team, and golf team.

Eric Swanson is 19 years old and is a freshman at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He plays the mandolin and provides some outstanding lead vocal for the group. Eric is an accomplished musician and feels right at home on many other instruments such as guitar, Dobro, octave guitar, and mandola, which he occasionally brings to performances for a special song or two. His early years in music included learning piano and playing the upright bass and drums for his church choir. At the age of thirteen, he began pursuing mandolin as his instrument of focus and began immersing himself in the study of bluegrass music. Now, in addition to his academic demands as a chemistry major, he gives bluegrass presentations for music students each semester at the University of Florida and continues to perform with his family band.

Lynn Swanson plays the guitar and sings harmony for the family group. In addition to guitar, she is an accomplished pianist and has accompanied church choirs and led various musical groups. With her musical background, she was able to help her sons experiment with playing many different instruments beginning at a young age. Now it is a lifelong dream of hers come true to be on stage performing with her family! She also is the one to organize the family's schedule and takes care of the business aspects of managing the band.

Rick Swanson plays the bass and provides some of the lead vocal for the family group. Rick has always loved bluegrass music and exposed his sons to it at a young age by taking them to bluegrass festivals and concerts, traveling as far as North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia so they could learn the authentic traditions of this style of music. Together with his wife, Lynn, he believes it has been an amazing blessing from God to be able to play music together, and he hopes to bring joy into as many lives as possible by sharing this gift with others.
